1) Patron Privileges
Patron Membership is designed for members who want first access and deeper involvement. Patron benefits may include priority windows for trip drops, private gatherings, and enhanced coordination support. Specific privileges can vary by event and partner capacity.
2) Conservation Commitment + Impact Journal
Field & Fire believes conservation is stewardship. Patron dues help support conservation-aligned initiatives, habitat work, and/or partner organizations that protect wildlife and access.
End-of-Year Impact Journal: Each year, Field & Fire will publish a Patron Impact Journal summarizing conservation outcomes, partner support, stewardship initiatives, and key wins made possible through Patron membership. This report is designed to provide transparency, celebrate impact, and keep our commitments measurable.
Note: Patron dues are membership fees and are not automatically a tax-deductible charitable donation.
3) How Experiences Work
Experiences are curated and released throughout the year. Some are open sign-ups; others require a short confirmation due to capacity, partner requirements, or logistics. Patron Members receive priority windows whenever possible. Event details will specify what’s included, what’s separate, and how to secure a spot.
4) What’s Included vs. Not Included
Included: membership access, private member communications, curated opportunities, planning guidance, partner introductions when available, and portal resources.
Not included (unless stated): airfare, lodging, meals, licenses/tags, guide/outfitter fees, trophy fees, ammo, firearms, gear, transportation, gratuities, insurance, and incidentals.
5) Faith, Brotherhood & Member Expectations
Field & Fire is a faith-centered community. Members are expected to act with humility, integrity, and respect—toward fellow members, partners, guides, staff, landowners, and the public. We’re building a room where your name is safe.
6) Safety & Legal Compliance
All members must follow firearms safety rules, guide instructions, venue policies, and all local/state/federal laws. Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in immediate removal from an event at the member’s expense.
7) Privacy & Media
Some gatherings are private by design. Do not record, post, or tag other members/partners without consent. Certain events may have specific media rules (including “no camera” policies).
8) Code of Conduct & Enforcement
Membership is a privilege. Field & Fire Society reserves the right to refuse membership, revoke access, or remove any member from the community or an event for conduct that violates our standards or harms the community, partners, or brand.
9) Refund / Cancellation Policy (choose one)
All membership dues are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
