Field & Fire Society is a private membership community built on character, stewardship, and brotherhood. By joining, you agree to uphold the standard of the room—online and in-person.
1) Respect & Brotherhood
Treat all members, partners, staff, guides, and venue personnel with respect. No harassment, intimidation, discrimination, threats, or degrading language—ever.
2) Safety Is Non-Negotiable
Members must follow all firearms safety rules, range rules, guide instructions, and applicable laws/regulations. Any reckless behavior, unsafe handling, intoxication that compromises safety, or refusal to comply is grounds for immediate removal from an event—at your expense.
3) Integrity & Accountability
Be honest in all interactions and transactions. No misrepresentation, fraud, theft, chargebacks used in bad faith, or “cutting corners” with outfitters, venues, or partners.
4) Professional Conduct at Events
Arrive on time, respect schedules, and keep a steady demeanor. No fighting, disorderly conduct, or behavior that damages the experience for others. Dress and act in a way that reflects well on the Society and our partners.
5) Community Standards (Online)
No spam, solicitation, or pitching other members without permission. No doxxing, leaking private info, or posting event details that compromise privacy, security, or partner relationships.
6) Alcohol & Substances
If alcohol is present, consume responsibly. Illegal drug use is prohibited at all Field & Fire events and in any Society-associated lodging/venues.
7) Privacy, Media & Confidentiality
Some gatherings may be private by design. Do not record, post, or tag members/partners without consent. Respect any “no camera” or media guidelines for specific events.
8) Compliance with Laws & Landowner Rules
All hunting, fishing, travel, and venue participation must comply with local laws and landowner/outfitter rules. Violations are solely your responsibility.
9) Enforcement & Removal
Field & Fire Society reserves the right to refuse membership, deny access, or remove any member from the community or an event—with or without refund—for conduct that violates these standards or harms the community, partners, or brand. Removal may be immediate and at the member’s expense.
